Cooking method

1. Break the eggs into a bowl, pour sugar, beat until stable strong peaks, the mass should increase in volume at least twice.

2. In a separate bowl, sift the flour with baking powder and cocoa powder, add a pinch of salt.

3. Combine the egg mass with the dry ingredients, mix gently by folding from top to bottom.

4. Pour boiling water into the resulting dough and stir continuously, then pour vegetable oil and spread the cherries.

5. Mix thoroughly and pour the dough into a baking dish and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 40-45 minutes.

6. Pour gelatin into a bowl, pour cold water and leave to swell for 10 minutes.

7. Beat well-cooled cream with powdered sugar to stable strong peaks, the cream should be quite dense.

8. We heat the gelatin in the microwave or in a water bath and pour it into the whipped cream in a thin stream.

9. My strawberries, remove the stems, let them dry, cut into quarters. Blueberries are washed, dried.

10. We cut the sponge cake into two cakes, spread the cream and a layer of strawberries on the lower base cake, cover with a second cake, spread the remaining cream. The surface of the cake is decorated with strawberries and blueberries.

11. We send the cake to the refrigerator for two hours, after which we serve it on the table.
