These are not only delicious, but also healthy foods rich in vitamin and mineral compounds. It happens that someone does not like the liver, or the heart, or the stomachs, if desired, the unloved product can be reduced in composition.

    Chicken stomachs carefully and cut into small pieces.

    Chicken liver is also thoroughly washed, cleaned of films and cut into cubes.

    Chicken hearts are washed, cut off the fat and cut into several pieces with a knife. Onions are cleaned and finely cut with a knife. Carrots are washed, cleaned and grated on a medium grater.

    Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, spread the cooked chicken giblets, fry them, stirring occasionally with a spatula, for about 5 minutes on medium heat, they should become lighter.

    We send cooked carrots and onions to the chicken giblets in the pan, mix the ingredients and continue to fry them together for about 10 minutes. Then pour water into the pan (vegetable broth can be used instead of water), add salt and ground black pepper to taste, mix. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the chicken giblets with vegetables for about 30 minutes, reducing the heat to a minimum.

    Then remove the lid from the pan, put a couple of tablespoons of fatty sour cream, sour cream can be replaced with cream and, if desired, add tomato paste to give a special flavor and edge. Mix it up.

    Close the pan again with a lid and continue stewing for another 10-15 minutes. There should be a thick sauce at the bottom of the pan, but almost no liquid remains in the pan. The dish is ready, chicken hearts, stomachs and liver in sour cream are juicy and tender to the taste. If desired, sprinkle the finished dish with chopped fresh herbs, and you can serve chicken giblets with any side dish: pasta, cereals or potatoes. Bon appetit!
