Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Grate the zucchini on a medium grater. Leave for 10 minutes to drain the juice.

2. Meanwhile, finely chop one onion, lightly fry. Add the minced meat and fry it a little. Add salt and pepper to taste, simmer everything under the lid for 7 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.

3. Grate the second onion on a coarse grater, combine with zucchini. Lightly beat the eggs, pour them into the onion and zucchini. Add chopped herbs, vegetable oil to taste (1-2 tbsp), and pour in the milk. Mix everything well.

4. In the resulting squash mixture, sift the flour and knead the dough to a slightly thicker consistency like pancakes. At the end, add salt and pepper to the dough to taste.

5. Lubricate the heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into a medium-thick pancake.

6. While the pancake is not grasped, put a tablespoon of minced meat on half of the pancake. Cover the minced meat with the second half and press the pancake along the edge. Fry the chebureks under the lid on both sides until browned.

Bon appetit!
