Cooking method

1. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees Celsius, and at this time we start cooking paella.

2. We prepare the ingredients:

- Chorizo cut into thin circles;

- peel and finely chop the onion;

- bulgarian pepper is washed, wiped with a towel, cut out the peduncle, remove the seeds, cutting the pepper in half. Then cut it into small pieces;

- peel the garlic cloves and chop with a knife or a fine grater;

- tomatoes are washed, wiped with a towel and cut into small cubes;

- rice is thoroughly washed to clean water.

2. We put a small frying pan on medium heat, heat it well, spread the Chorizo circles and fry them for 1-2 minutes on each side (until crisp). We put the finished sausage on a wide plate, covered with a paper towel, so that all the oil is poured.

3. In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. You can use the cauldron. Put the chopped onion and bell pepper, chopped garlic in the oil. Stirring, cook everything together for 5 minutes (until softened), then add rice and smoked paprika, mix everything, cook for 1 minute.

4. We put tomatoes and saffron (turmeric) in a frying pan with rice, pour in chicken broth, mix everything, bring to a boil. Then, when the liquid boils, add Chorizo, mix again and remove the pan from the heat.

5. Cover the pan with a double layer of foil and put it in the oven that has had time to warm up for 25 minutes. When time passes, open the oven, add the shrimp and peas to the pan, cover with foil again. Bake everything together for 7 minutes. The rice should become soft, and the shrimp should have time to cook.

6. My lemons and parsley. Lemons are well cleaned with a sponge to wash off the preservative layer, then we choose a towel and cut into large pieces. We try to make the pieces beautiful. Wash the parsley, dry it, leave the leaves intact.

7. Decorate the finished paella with lemons and parsley, serve hot on the table.
