Add the flour and mix until smooth, so that the flour disperses and does not combine into lumps.

It is not necessary to make draniki too thick, so that it is easier for the meat to fry. You need to pour more oil so that the meat is well fried in draniki. And it is advisable to take a frying pan with a lid and, during frying, first close it for a while, then remove the lid and let the pancakes brown.
