Fry the fish in a special way! Delicious marinade will give charm! White cupid can be cooked in different ways, it turns out especially tasty in a frying pan. Thanks to the marinade, the meat turns out spicy and piquant. Of course, the marinade can be absolutely anything, but the one proposed in this recipe is special. It combines spice and "sparkle", which make the dish unique. Fish should be bought only fresh, but in no case frozen. You can marinate cupid for longer, but not less than two hours. Serve delicious with a side dish of potatoes.

White cupid fish has very tasty meat. It makes delicious dishes: fish soup, cutlets, shish kebab and many others. In this recipe, it is proposed to simply fry cupid. Although the word "simple" is not very suitable here, because the dish turns out to be a masterpiece in taste.

1. So, first of all we will prepare the fish, wash it under running water. Then we peel off the scales, cut off the head. Carefully cut the abdomen with a sharp knife, clean out the insides. Using kitchen scissors, we cut off the fins and tail.

2. The prepared carcass is washed again, dried with paper towels. Cut cupid into pieces. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon, pour it over the fish.

3. Put the mustard in a bowl. Garlic is cleaned, passed through a press, spread to mustard. Here we also pour coriander and paprika, a pinch of ground nutmeg, ground ginger. Mix the mixture thoroughly, add black and white ground pepper.

4. Rub each piece with salt, and then with the prepared mixture. Leave to marinate for two hours. You can marinate longer, if desired.

5. After the specified time, fry the cupid in vegetable oil on both sides until ruddy. The fire should be medium. On high heat, the fish will turn brown, but it will not fry properly inside.

Served with tomato or white sauce. However, you can choose any sauce to taste. Baked potatoes or mashed potatoes, as well as grilled vegetables are perfect as a side dish.
