Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. In a deep bowl, sift flour, pour starch and the right amount of sugar. Here we also add a pinch of salt.

2. Milk is heated to a warm state. It can be heated in a microwave oven or on fire.

3. In the same bowl, break the chicken eggs, beat the dough with a hand whisk until smooth.

4. Melt the butter to a liquid state. To do this, put the butter in a bowl, send it to the microwave for a minute.

5. Hot oil cannot be added to the dough. Let it cool down a little, then pour it into a bowl.

6. Mix well with the same whisk. There should not be a single lump left in the dough.

7. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan. It would be nice to take a non-stick frying pan.

8. We send the frying pan to the fire, warm it up. Pour an incomplete ladle of dough into a well-heated frying pan, distribute it over the surface.

9. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. If the frying pan is non-stick coated, you do not need to pour oil every time. But before you put the dough in the ladle, it needs to be thoroughly mixed, since rice flour quickly settles to the bottom.

10. We serve pancakes on the table, complementing them with fruits or berries in a bite. It is also delicious with sour cream, fruit sauce or honey.

Enjoy your health!
