Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

1. Pour kefir into a bowl, break the egg, stir the mass with a whisk. Add salt, sugar and soda, sift flour, mix the mass with a whisk. The dough should be homogeneous, the consistency should resemble the dough for pancakes.

2. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until a beautiful golden color. Then add minced meat to the onion, add salt, ground black pepper and spices for meat. Fry the filling for 2 minutes, kneading the mass well with a fork. Put the finished filling in a bowl.

3. Heat the frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, put the pancakes in a frying pan, let them "grab" for 1-2 minutes, then put the meat filling (1.5 teaspoons) in the center of each tortilla and pour a spoonful of dough, turn it over to the other side. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 2 minutes, until golden brown.

That's how beautiful the whites turned out! You'll lick your fingers)

Serve with sour cream, so it tastes twice as good!
