Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

First you need to prepare the coals in the grill. There should be enough coals to put three cobs in them. Better more than less!

Meanwhile, while the coals are cooking, mix the oil with lime juice and salt. Take aromatic, olive or sesame oil - it will give the corn piquancy.

Each cob is well smeared with an oil mixture, wrapped in foil. You can wrap each cob separately, or all together.

Put corn in foil in the finished coals and lay a layer of coals on top. Bake for about 30 minutes. Keep in mind that young and soft corn is baked faster than hard ripe!

Sprinkle the finished corn with chopped parsley and serve hot. Bon appetit, enjoy - it's very tasty!
