1. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into cubes.

2. Cut the olives into circles.

3. Rinse and chop the parsley.

4. Mix tomatoes, olives and herbs, sprinkle with lemon juice.

5. Wash the cod fillet, dry it, rub with salt and pepper.

6. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the fish in the mold. Spread the mixture of tomatoes, olives and herbs on top. Sprinkle the fish with olive oil.

7. Bake the cod in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
