Indoutka whole in the oven

Cook the meat according to the classic recipe, adding a twist! I often bake the turkey in the oven. Usually apples are my filling. Yesterday, while waiting for good friends to visit, I came up with a new idea – to change the filling of the carcass in the usual dish. Without thinking twice, I washed the quince and decided that it would be a worthy substitute for apples. Try it, it is truly a dizzying aroma and a gorgeous taste!
