Turkey with champignons

Cooking turkey with mushrooms is easy! This dish of three main ingredients can be prepared in different ways: put out in a frying pan in the same sour cream, fry together without sour cream. I suggest an option for baking. From the category - I put it on the timer in the oven and forgot. In addition to champignons, turkey can be cooked with any other mushrooms. With chanterelles it will turn out very tasty, but in this case I advise you to replace sour cream with cream of 20% fat content. I used fillet from the thigh, but it will be no less delicious with meat from the breast.

Turkey meat is considered one of the most dietary. Turkey meat is a low-calorie product. The energy value depends not only on the cooking method, but also on the part from where it was cut. The least calories are contained in the breast.

However, turkey meat is valued not only for its low calorie content, but also for its rich composition. Turkey meat is rich in vitamins (B6, B2, B12, PP) and minerals. Poultry meat has a high content of phosphorus (according to this substance, turkey meat is equated to fish), sodium (surpasses even veal in this indicator), iron (turkey meat contains Fe several times more than chicken and 2 times more than beef). Among other things, magnesium, selenium, calcium, potassium, sulfur, iodine, and manganese were found in the meat.

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

Instead of champignons, you can take dried mushrooms (they will need 5-6 times less than fresh ones). Do not forget to rinse them and then soak them before cooking (for about 2-3 hours).

Note that the quality and taste of the finished dish largely depends on the proper defrosting of the ingredients. How to avoid mistakes and choose the best way, read the article about defrosting.
