Spread the dough on the work surface dusted with flour, cover with cling film and let it defrost naturally.

Walnuts are dried in the microwave or in the oven, coarsely chopped with a knife, combined with condensed milk, mixed.

We roll out the thawed dough into a layer 3-4 mm thick, cut into squares, spread the filling of boiled condensed milk with nuts on one half, cover with the other half, pinch the edges.

We put the puffs on a baking sheet previously lined with parchment, lubricate the surface of the puffs with beaten egg and send it to the oven preheated to 230 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes.
