Pizza with mozzarella mushrooms and minced meat on yeast dough

Unusual and very tasty pizza with juicy stuffing of minced meat. The dough in this recipe is wonderful, elastic, stretches well. It is not difficult to do it. The filling is also good - juicy, tasty, fragrant. The finished pizza looks bright, appetizing. It is very satisfying and delicious.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Test products. The flour needs to be sifted.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Add yeast, salt with herbs and sugar to the flour. Mix it up.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Gently pour in warm water. Mix a little.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Now pour in the olive oil and knead the dough with your hands until smooth. The finished dough lags behind the walls of the dishes.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

This is how the dough looks like. Cover the container with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 40 minutes.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Knead the dough, leave it under a towel for another 20 minutes, after which the dough will be ready to work.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Prepare all the ingredients for the filling. Choose the tomato sauce to your taste. Champignons, tomatoes, sweet peppers (I have red, but you can take a different color and then the pizza will be more elegant), dill and parsley greens, onions (it will be more beautiful if you take purple onions, but I haven't found it on sale now), garlic peeled, mine.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

A little onion (if you have a purple onion, then take it) cut thinly into quarter-rings. The remaining light onion is cut into small cubes (it will go into minced meat when it is fried), garlic - thin plates.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Fry the minced meat with onion and garlic on a piece of olive oil, adding spices for meat and a little salt.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

While the minced meat is being fried, we cut mushrooms into plates, Bulgarian pepper and tomato into thin circles.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Add tomato sauce to the minced meat. Stir, let it sweat a little. Then we transfer the resulting meat sauce — the main ingredient of pizza - to another container to cool down.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil, spread the chopped mushrooms, pepper and salt lightly.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Divide the settled dough into 2 or 3 parts (if your molds have a small diameter). I got 2 pizzas from this amount of products: with a diameter of 20 cm and 24 cm, respectively. We stretch the dough with our hands along the bottom of the mold. We do this carefully, sprinkling with flour and pressing with our palms, since the dough is quite thin. Spread the cooled meat sauce on the dough layer.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

Put the tomato slices on top of the meat sauce.

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.

Sweet pepper, cut into rings, put on top of tomatoes.

  16. Step 16:

    Step 16.

Pour half of the grated cheese on top of the pepper. Then, for flavor and juiciness, we spread a layer of thinly sliced onions.

  17. Step 17:

    Step 17.

The next layer is laid with fried champignons. Sprinkle the pizza with the remaining half of the cheese and send it to a preheated 220 degree oven for 15-25 minutes (time depends on the characteristics of the oven), until fully cooked. It is better to put the mold on the lower tier of the oven: the main filling has already been prepared, we only need to bake the dough until it is ruddy on the edge of the cake, melt the cheese and fry the vegetables a little.

  18. Step 18:

    Step 18.

This is what a ready-made pizza looks like. We serve it hot on the table, sprinkled with finely chopped dill and parsley. Bon appetit!
