Everyone knows that Turkey is famous for its pastries, those who have been there have tried the notorious lush Achma rolls, which are sold at every step, in every coffee shop! There are many recipes for these Turkish buns, I bring to your attention one of the simplest recipes for buns without filling for tea. Achma turns out to be lush, moderately sweet (for sweetmeats, Achma will seem not sweet at all! ), such buns are perfect for breakfast with jam, honey or butter. This Turkish pastry always comes to the table ! If desired, buns can be made with cheese filling, they will be very similar to khachapuri), with cottage cheese, with olives, and with anything! To make rolls, you need the simplest products!

1. Pour warm (not hot) milk and warm water into the container, add sugar, salt, yeast. Mix, pour in the odorless vegetable oil and add the egg white (put the yolk aside, then cover the rolls with it).

2. Add flour in parts and knead the dough. Flour may need a little more or less, the dough should be very soft and tender, the dough should stick to your hands a little, you need to knead for 10 minutes. Put the dough in a greased container and, covered with a film, put it in a warm place for an hour and a half. As a warm place, I use an oven with a light bulb on.

3. Divide the dough that has come up into eight equal parts, divide each piece into two more parts, make bundles of them and twist them together. Connect the edges and remove the formed bun on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or on a silicone mat.

4. Leave the formed buns, covered with a film, for another 15-20 minutes.

5. Cover the buns with yolk (I diluted the yolk a little with water so that it would not burn during baking) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

6 Buns are baked at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. The buns should be well browned.

Let the finished buns cool down and you can serve them to the table!

Bon appetit! Cook with pleasure !
