    We form from the dough identical in weight and volume blanks for buns in the form of peculiar balls. For the filling, mix half a teaspoon of cinnamon with four tablespoons of sugar in a bowl. Roll out the balls to a flat cake, preferably a round shape, make strips up to five centimeters wide and smeared with vegetable oil, sprinkle with prepared sugar filling with cinnamon to taste.

    We roll up our blanks in the form of rolls, braids, cut and make buns of various shapes of nine types. We spread the buns on a baking sheet with parchment and, covering them with a napkin, we send them to a warm place for proofing for forty minutes.
