I baked in an electric oven at 170 ° without convection, first in the top-bottom mode, and then set the mode only to the bottom, this is a feature of my oven.
Despite the simple recipe, the pie looks very attractive on the table, with a golden crust, bright saturated color, which gives jam. The taste of the dough resembles shortbread, it turns out soft inside and crispy outside.
