Trout in citrus glaze

In the absence of a grill, the fish can simply be baked in the oven. Not for the first time I am convinced that delicious dishes do not necessarily have to be complex and multicomponent. This fish is another confirmation of that. A little sugar, zest and salt - that's ready for an exquisite lunch or dinner. In addition to trout, you can use salmon, pink salmon or other red fish.
