Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

Add baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar to the sifted flour. Mix it.
Add softened butter and eggs. Mix with a mixer into a crumb.
Form a lump from the resulting mass and distribute it evenly over a baking sheet covered with baking paper into a thin layer. Form small sides from the edges of the formation.
Mix cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs into a homogeneous mass.
Add the sifted starch.
In conclusion, add lemon zest (or orange) and salt. Mix it.
Put the curd mass on a layer of dough and distribute evenly.
Sprinkle the product with raisins and chopped walnuts.
Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven, 30-35 min.
Then turn off the oven, open it slightly and leave the pie in this state for 10 minutes.
