Brine biscuits with bran

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

1. Pour oatmeal and corn bran into a bowl. In a separate container, mix cucumber brine and olive oil, then pour the bran mixture, mix, leave for 5 minutes. 

2. Then add sugar, soda slaked with vinegar, goji berries, sesame seeds and raisins, mix. 

3. Pour flour into the resulting mass, knead the dough. From the dough we form small balls, spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment, press lightly.

4. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 25 minutes. 

Serve on the table after the cookies have cooled down.
