Cooking method

1.Break the eggs into a bowl, beat with a whisk until smooth. Pour sugar, pour corn oil, beat until a fluffy mass is obtained.

2. Corn bran is poured into a separate container, filled with cold water, sent to the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, sift the flour together with baking powder, pour it into the egg mixture, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

3. In the resulting dough, spread the corn bran, mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Currant berries are washed, add to the dough, mix.

4. Using a tablespoon, fill the muffin molds with dough and send them to the oven preheated to 190 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. 

Ready-made muffins can be decorated with whipped cream or simply sprinkled with powdered sugar.
