Rye bread rolls with bran

Do you like homemade cakes? Bake delicious buns! Rye buns with bran can change the diet for the better, because such pastries are much healthier than wheat bread. Since the composition of buns, in addition to wheat, also includes rye and flaxseed flour, the dough is not so plastic, there is less gluten in it. Such buns can be served with first courses instead of bread, as well as with tea or coffee.

Cooking method

1. Put the yeast in a bowl, pour sugar, pour warm water, leave for 15 minutes until the foam cap appears.

2. Meanwhile, pour rye flour, wheat and flaxseed flour, rye bran, and spices into a bowl: coriander, oregano, basil and paprika, do not forget to add salt.

3. When the reaction passes, pour the mixture of dry ingredients into a bowl with yeast and water, knead the dough. Knead for at least 10-15 minutes, since the structure of the dough differs from wheat and requires a little more attention.

4. Roll the dough into a ball, put it in a bowl, cover with a towel, leave for about 2 hours, let it fit.

5. We form buns from the dough, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment, send them to the oven preheated to 230 degrees, bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust sets, then reduce the temperature to 190 degrees and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes.

The buns turned out just great!
