Healthy tortillas! Try it, it's very tasty! Rye bran tortillas are much more useful than soft wheat bread, they can be served with first courses or tea. Rye flour differs from wheat flour in the amount of gluten, the dough from it is not so elastic and elastic, therefore it is better to form cakes with wet hands. Sprinkle the pastry with flaxseed is not necessary, you can replace it with sesame seeds or leave it as it is, without sprinkling anything.

Cooking method

1. Pour a couple of spoons of kefir into a bowl, pour soda here, mix.

2. Combine the remaining kefir with olive oil, pour flour, bran, salt and coriander, mix. The mass turned out to be slightly viscous, not as elastic as usual from wheat flour.

3. We introduce soda slaked with kefir into the dough, mix again and leave the dough for 20 minutes.

4. With wet hands, we form 6 tortillas, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

5. Using a fork, we make punctures on each cake, then sprinkle them with flaxseed.

6. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 220 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes. We cool the tortillas by covering them with a towel.
