Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

1. Wash the beef, put it in a saucepan with boiling water, lightly salt it. Cook on low heat until tender, about 40 minutes, during cooking, remove the foam. The finished meat is allowed to cool in the broth, so it will be much juicier.

2. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, and peel the onion, cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden.

3. Dry the meat, cut into small pieces, peel the eggs, also cut into cubes. Combine beef with eggs and fried onions, salt, pepper generously, mix.

4. We divide the dough into two parts, roll it into a layer, giving it a rectangular shape. Place the base on a baking sheet lined with parchment, spread the filling, cover with a second layer of dough, pinch the edges.

5. We leave the pie in a warm place for 30 minutes, after which we send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until golden brown, about 30-40 minutes.

6. Grease the hot pie with butter and let it cool.

Serve on the table cut into portions.

Bon appetit!
