Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

1. We roll out the bread dough into a thin layer, about 0.5 cm thick, with the help of a glass we cut out circles.

2. We lubricate each circle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sugar, then fold it in half and pinch the ends to make a blank resembling a petal.

3. The bottom of the heat-resistant mold is lubricated with vegetable oil and we stack the blanks-petals in a circle, fill the mold in this way.

4. We spread pieces of butter on the surface of the pie and pour warm milk.

6. We send the mold to the oven already preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 45-50 minutes, depending on the type of oven.

7. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze, for this, pour water and citric acid into a small bowl, add powdered sugar, mix.

8. Pour the icing over the hot cake, let it cool down.

That's what beauty turns out, insanely delicious!

Bon appetit!
