Preparation of "dry" dough:
1. Pour flour, semolina, sugar, soda into a bowl and mix well - the dry dough is ready! Divide it into 3 equal parts;

Preparation of apple filling:
2. Peel apples and seeds and grate on a coarse grater;
3. Chop nuts and add to apples;
4. Wash the raisins and add them to apples with nuts;
5. Add cinnamon and lemon juice and mix everything;
6. Divide the filling into 2 equal parts;

Making a pie:
7. Cover the form with parchment;
8. Grate half a portion of butter on a fine grater on the bottom of the mold and spread evenly over the entire bottom;
9. Pour one part of the dry dough evenly on the oil;
10. Put one part of the filling evenly on the dough, tamp it with a spoon;
11. Next - part of the dry dough, part of the filling and the dough on top again;
12. On top of the dough, rub the rest of the oil on a fine grater and spread evenly over the surface;
13. Bake the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes;
14. 5 minutes before the pie is ready, open the oven and sprinkle it with sugar;
15. Cool slightly, remove from the mold and slice. It is also very tasty to eat it cold. Bon appetit!
