Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1) Separate the whites from the yolks so that the yolks remain intact and do not get to the whites. This is very important!
2) Beat the whites with a mixer until a thick foam forms
3) Without ceasing to beat, add sugar and vanilla. After 1 min, also add all the yolks
4) Remove the mixer. Next, we work only with a spoon (important!). Gradually add flour to the resulting foam and mix thoroughly with a spoon (do not knock on the walls)
5) Now we need to divide our dough into two equal parts. Leave one as it is, and add cocoa to the second. Stir
6) In a greased with vegetable oil form, spread the dough alternating one spoonful at a time to make a "zebra"
7) Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and bake the cake for about 30 minutes. Determine the exact time and temperature of baking according to your oven.
