And do not put the dressing in the refrigerator, but let it brew at room temperature. The Corporation Easily And Simply Presents!!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min
Prepare the dressing. If the prunes are dry, fill them with hot boiled water for 15 minutes, then discard them in a colander. Finely chop the prunes.

Mix yogurt with prunes and horseradish, season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.

Separately wrap the brushed and unpeeled beets and potatoes in foil, put them in a preheated 180 ° C oven and bake until soft (potatoes will be ready in 35-40 min., beets – in 1 hour – 1 hour 15 min.).

Cool the finished baked vegetables slightly, cover with cold water, carefully peel and cut into strips. Slice the apple with the same straw, removing the core. Sprinkle the apple straws with lemon juice.

Chop the seeds with a knife into coarse crumbs and fry in a dry heated frying pan, stirring, for 4 minutes. Put everything in a bowl, add the dressing, mix and serve in tall glasses or in rocks. I like rocks more, a tall glass on a leg looks, of course, more refined.
