Lekah - Jewish honey cake

A very delicious honey cake with a great story! Taste and aroma. A very fragrant pie with notes of ginger and cinnamon lekah. Stunningly delicious and ....made of rye flour. Lekah is baked a few days before the Rosh Hashanah holiday.
