Strawberry pie on kefir

Stunningly tender and delicious cake with strawberries and white icing! In the composition, strawberries can be replaced with strawberries, then you will get a delicious strawberry pie. Such a strawberry pie is a recipe of exactly this kind, my mother often made for me as a child (we had a great dacha where all kinds of fruits and berries grew). It is good because it is prepared very quickly, except for the baking itself. The recipe has been preserved in my book, I use it today for my family.

Beat the sugar together with the eggs, then pour in the vanilla sugar. Pour in the kefir, in which the soda is extinguished, and stir it properly. Carefully add the flour in small portions and mix again until smooth.

Peel the strawberries, wash them and let them dry.

Put half of the dough in the prepared form (with butter and sprinkled with flour). On top of it – strawberries, cut into halves (or whole). And put the second half of the dough on the strawberries again.

Put in the oven for about one hour.

Strawberry pie can be sprinkled with powdered sugar on top or even poured with icing (milk or chocolate). Although, in my opinion, it turns out to be very tasty and fragrant without it, especially for tea.

I usually decorate such a strawberry pie with white milk glaze or yogurt if there is a festive occasion. A morning breakfast with a special meaning is just for him. In this case, it turns out juicier. On top, of course, you need to decorate it with fresh strawberries.
