Margarine cookies with lemons

Kids and adults will love it! Simple, fast and delicious! I don't have a camera, I can't take pictures. I found stupidly in the Internet the most suitable. But cookies look different.

This culinary recipe turns out very tasty lemon cookies . Try it, lick your fingers later!

So you need to take one huge lemon or two smaller ones. Rinse it well and mash it in a blender. To do this, divide the lemon into two parts and pick out the bones. Chop into porridge together with the peel. Now mix a glass of granulated sugar into this puree.

Melt margarine on a tile and mix it with flour and sour cream. You should get a cool butter dough.

Divide this dough in half and roll out into layers. One part – on a baking sheet. Put the lemon porridge on top and smooth it out. Cover with the second half and pinch at the edges so that the lemons do not come out. You can coat the top with a beaten egg (this is so that the cookies then shine).

And bake yourself until ready.

Then cut into squares and serve.

The cookies turn out delicious!
