My husband is a fan of bananas, he eats them both in their pure form, and loves all kinds of food made from them. The other day I wanted to make him feel good and cook something like that from this fruit. As a result, after a couple of hours, a banana cupcake with nuts was waiting on the table. How to cook it? Now I will tell you, I will share a culinary recipe! To begin with, heat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Now we lubricate the cake pan with oil or fat (I had a silicone mold). Now, in a medium-sized container, mix the sifted flour, soda and salt. Now, in another bowl, beat the eggs, butter and sugar with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed. Now, using a blender, we make mashed bananas and then put them in the whipped mixture, pour 60 milliliters of water into the same place, whisk everything again. After that, add the flour mixture to our banana mass, ground nuts, mix. Now pour the resulting mass into a baking dish and put it to bake for 50 minutes.
