Bake one of the layers on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour. If you don't have much time, then you can bake it in advance.

Walnuts are cut so that the pieces are not very small. Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk in a mixer into a strong foam, gradually adding 0.5 tbsp. sugar to it. We spread the second layer of dough on the sheet, put the proteins on top, and sprinkle them with chopped nuts. Then we put the already baked dough, and again - a layer of proteins, nuts and cinnamon. We put the last raw layer of dough on top. We make incisions on it. If suddenly the middle layer is cracked, then it's not scary. Coat with yolk and bake for 45 minutes.

Making the glaze. Mix honey, remaining sugar and 0.25 tbsp. water. Put on fire, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Fill the baklava with glaze so that it gets through the incisions. If they are overgrown, then they should be expanded. Between the layers, pour honey with a spoon. We leave it overnight at room temperature, for completely impregnating baklava.
