Layer cake with apples and cinnamon

Everything is simple - delicious, like this pie! Juicy, sweet and crumbly! I recommend a culinary recipe from the Russian folk cuisine for making puff pie with apples to all lovers of delicious cooking. I warn you right away that this is not puff pastry, but shortbread, just a pie in layers turns out. But the food is very tasty and cooking is not difficult.

First you will need to knead the dough from flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add water for this at your discretion, but so that you can roll out the dough later. Cut off 1/3 of the resulting dough and remove it for now, and roll out the rest in 1cm thick, put it on a baking sheet and bake until ready. Wash the apples, peel and peel the seeds, cut into slices and put on a ready-made cake, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Roll out the rest of the dough carefully and cover the pie with it. Brush the entire surface with egg and bake in the oven for about 25-35 minutes. And then all that remains is to get the pie, let it cool down, cut it into pieces and enjoy its taste and aroma with a cup of hot tea.
