Crispy puff pastry that just melts in your mouth and tender chicken meat! My family really likes this pie. And its recipe does not require you to have special culinary delights and ingredients. Everything is extremely simple, but very tasty! Buy puff pastry at the store, defrost it. If you want, you can prepare the dough yourself. For the filling, take chicken thighs or breast, separate the meat from the bones, cut it into cubes, season with salt and pepper and leave to soak for 20 minutes. Pre-boil fresh champignons in salted water or fry in a frying pan. Cut the onion into rings. The dough should be divided into two parts, one will be the main one, and the other will be the lid. Roll out one part of the dough and put the chopped chicken meat, onion rings and ready-made mushrooms on it, and add butter on top in small pieces over the entire area of the pie. Cover the top with a second rolled-out layer of dough and fasten the edges well. Make a few small cuts on top so that the pie does not swell during cooking. Bake in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes over medium heat. To prevent the chicken coop from being too dry, put a dish of water in the oven. The pie will be very tasty due to the fact that we used raw chicken, not boiled. Bon appetit!
