A very delicious dessert that you will definitely like. It is being prepared, however, it is not as fast as we would like, but the result justifies all costs. I discovered this culinary recipe quite by accident when I was looking for how to bake unusual sweet pies and preferably with strawberries. The food is ideal for a festive table, because the pie is very tender and delicious.
Cut 125 grams of butter and grind with 2 tablespoons of sugar, then beat in one egg, beat, pour in a tablespoon of cream, bring to a homogeneous state. Now pour in a glass of flour and knead the dough. We wrap it with cellophane film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. We take it out, roll it out three millimeters thick. We put it in a round shape (preferably some kind of curly one) in the form of a basket, pierce it with a fork in several places, put it in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour. Then bake in the oven at two hundred degrees until fully cooked. We put our basket to cool.
Melt chocolate in a water bath (you can take milk or dark) and coat the basket with it. Again, in a water bath, knead the custard filling of egg yolks (3 pcs), sugar (40 g), cream (300 ml) and flour (4 tsp.). The filling should thicken. After we remove it and put it to cool. At the end, we introduce whipped proteins into a strong foam. Washed and dried strawberries are cut in half and spread on chocolate. Pour the custard filling on top. Now mix the powdered sugar with cinnamon, sprinkle the pie on top and put it in the oven for five minutes.
