To begin with, we take baking molds, smear them with oil, sprinkle with flour and put them in the cold.
Let's start the test. To do this, separate the yolks from the proteins.
Rub the yolks with sugar. Margarine is ground with flour. Quench the soda in sour cream and add to the flour crumbs.
Pour the yolks there as well. Knead the dough to such an extent that it stops sticking to your hands. Now roll out the dough in a layer of about 1 cm.
Then we cut out mugs from it, larger in diameter than the molds. We put the dough into molds.
Now we press the dough with our hands so that the molds are covered with an even layer of dough. We put the molds on a baking sheet and place them in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. After that, turn off the oven, take out the baskets from the molds and cool them. Now let's prepare the cream. To do this, we take ready-made cream for whipping. And beat with a mixer.
Now we put 1 tsp of jam in each basket of dough, then we spread whipped cream from a special cooking syringe and place strawberries in the center. Cakes are ready!
