I remember from childhood – I come to visit my girlfriend, and she plays with small molds. They were so beautiful, ribbed. That's how I wanted to get them then, so that I could also bake such beautiful sand cakes. When I became old enough, I realized that these were cupcake molds. Now, just like when I was a child, I would give a lot for such molds to bake cupcakes with milk, which my family loves. I am not very fond of cooking gourmet food, but to pamper my own on Sunday with some kind of baking recipe is already a tradition. We have cupcakes in one of the first places, it's very easy to cook them, though they are eaten as quickly as they are cooked.
Rub the butter with vanilla and sugar, if you have it very frozen – grate it on a grater. Add the eggs and stir. Mix flour, baking powder and starch together and gradually pour into the mixture, add salt. Add milk, mix again. Grease the mold with oil, lay out the dough. Preheat the oven to 180°. The cupcake is baked for 1 hour. It is better to cook more, because it is eaten too quickly.
