Marble cupcake on cognac with chocolate

Sweet tooth will love it! A simple recipe for an insanely delicious cupcake! If you look at the cupcake, the recipe resembles the well-known "Zebra" in appearance. Only here this culinary recipe requires that the alternation of dark and light dough does not resemble zebra stripes, but marble streaks. Actually, hence the name of the cupcake. In order to achieve this effect, a white dough is laid out in the form first, then a dark dough. Then all the layers are additionally mixed with a fork with long teeth – from the bottom up. We sort of "pull out" the white dough onto the surface of the dark one.

Butter should be soft, we beat it in a mixer, adding sugar and a pinch of salt. We mix the egg yolks here in turn, without stopping the mixer. Carefully pour in the sifted flour and bring it to a homogeneous state. Divide the resulting mass in half. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and combine it with the first part of the dough. In the second, pour cognac and exactly half of the proteins whipped into a strong foam (it is better to take them from the refrigerator). We also mix proteins into the chocolate dough. Stir everything very carefully. Bake in the oven, as you usually bake any large-shaped cupcakes. It will take about an hour.
