Have you tried a cupcake on sour cream? I really like it, the food turns out delicious, it cooks quickly. But one day I put half of the test in the form and was distracted. I was distracted for only 5 minutes, and my kids took and plunged into the remnants of cocoa and put it on top of the mold. And so that it was not noticeable – sprinkled with powdered sugar. When everything was baked, and I began to cut, I almost fell, I thought I would fight back, they wouldn't sit on the priests, but I liked it, we decided to continue baking like this, only lay the dough in layers. They even came up with a name – zebra cupcake.
Yes, as it turned out, we were not the first to think of such a culinary recipe, there is already such a zebra cupcake recipe in the white world. But I'll tell you how to cook it anyway.
Beat the eggs and gradually add sugar and vanilla to them. Margarine should be melted and cooled. Pour soda into the sour cream, add margarine and pour the mixture into the eggs. We put the mixer on slow turns and start filling the flour, stirring all the time so that there are no lumps. Divide the dough into two parts, do not forget to add cocoa powder to one.

Now we put the dough into the mold. I have two of them. With the first one, everything is clear – I'm all layers of boxes, you can still draw patterns with a toothpick later. But with the shape in which the hole had to experiment. Yes, the children helped, they made a chamomile from the dough, they just changed the colors. It turned out well. Delicious in the morning with milk or coffee.
