This apple pie recipe is especially delicious and beautiful. It can be easily compared with a cake. The biscuit coating makes it particularly delicate and beautiful. Such food is only for real gourmets of culinary art.
So, first we take the butter and leave it for a while at room temperature. When it softens, mash it with sugar. Add the egg and mash well. Then pour in the flour and knead the dough. From it, a layer should be rolled out, the thickness of which will be approximately equal to half a centimeter. Put this layer on a baking dish, which is pre-lubricated with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Peel the apples and grate them. Put the resulting mass on the dough. Sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon. Put the pie in the oven and bake it for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. During this time, whisk the yolks with sugar. Sift the flour. Add it to the yolks. Then gently, stirring constantly, add the proteins to the mass, which first whisk into a foam. After 20 minutes, remove the pie from the oven. Pour the sponge cake mass on it. Put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
