Apple sponge cake

A delicate and airy cake for your favorite tea or coffee. Sponge cake with apples, or also called charlotte, is a frequent meal in my kitchen. The dish is very light and ingeniously simple. This recipe is also convenient because it does not take much time to cook and it is still very easy to remember.
