The harsh climate of Norway has greatly influenced not only the lifestyle of the inhabitants of this country, but also their eating habits. So, in this country, a lot of fish, meat and dairy products are eaten, since it is quite problematic to deal with the growing of vegetables and fruits here. The food in Norwegian cuisine is very diverse and quite satisfying. My family generally prefers various meat dishes, and there are a lot of culinary recipes for this kind of dishes in this country. And today I will share with you the subtleties of cooking the second dish, which is called Hunting ribs with sauce.

The ingredients of this dish are: actually baked ribs and sauce. Let's start with cooking meat. To start, rub the ribs with 1 tsp salt, white pepper and cumin. Wrap tightly in a double layer of foil and bake for 50-60 minutes at a temperature of about 160-170 degrees. After that, we open the edges of the foil and fry the ribs for another 30 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. We take the ribs out of the oven.
Now it's sauce time. To begin with, fry the onion in oil, then add flour and fry a little more. Then pour in the broth and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add sour cream, jelly, spices and berries and keep on low heat for 3-5 minutes without bringing to a boil. The sauce is ready. To serve, we put the ribs on a dish and pour sauce on top of them. You can decorate with greenery. Bon appetit!!!
