Cut the apples into halves. They do not need to be cleaned from the skin. We remove the seeds and the core, so that a groove forms in the middle. In this groove we put a little sugar. Then put the apple halves on a baking sheet and sprinkle a little water. We send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 – 200 degrees. When the apples are baked, we put the heated gelatin in the grooves and then cool the apples.
Before serving, the halves of apples should be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
