To prepare this dish, you need to carefully sift the flour, beat in one chicken egg, add salt to taste, vinegar, vegetable oil and knead a sufficiently steep dough. Then spread it out on a floured board, sprinkle it with warm water, cover it with a clean cloth and leave it to rise for half an hour. 
While the dough is rising, you can prepare the filling. Wash the apples, peel and core, chop finely, mix with the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Now spread out the dough on a clean napkin, roll it out and stretch it with your hands into a very thin layer (so that the dough becomes almost transparent). After that, lubricate this layer with melted butter, spread the apple filling on about 2/3 of the dough area and gently roll up the roll. Pinch the edges of the roll. Grease the baking sheet with oil and put the roll into it. You can sprinkle it with oil on top to brown it. Bake the apple dessert for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished roll with powdered sugar and cut into portions.
Serve apple roll thin for tea.
