Our family loves baking very much. I try to cook it often, but not to the detriment of the figure. So this time I wanted to surprise my family with something special. This cooking recipe helped a lot. This kind of food is especially liked by children.
Take a large bowl. To make the buns airy, the flour must be sifted through a sieve!
In warm milk, grind the yeast, add sugar and butter.
In the sifted flour, make a small depression in the middle and pour the mixture into it.
Add the eggs and knead the dough. Add salt to taste. When the dough stops sticking to the bowl, it must be put in a warm place for an hour so that it fits.
As soon as our dough fits, we roll it out on a table 1.5 cm thick. The resulting layer is cut into 4 parts. In the middle of each spread the filling (you can use marmalade or cottage cheese). Pinch the edges of each piece and lubricate them with oil.
Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil. We spread buns on it and cover it with a napkin. Put in a warm place for 30 minutes so that the dough comes up again.
After 30 minutes, put the baking tray in the oven and bake the buns until they turn golden.
As soon as the buns are cooked, they can be sprinkled with powdered sugar!

Our muffins with filling are ready! Bon appetit!
