Kodryt-Kadyr

Airy, light and very tasty pastries! This food is from the pie-cupcake-shifter series. Before I made this pie, I had already heard a lot about it. When they talked about this tender cupcake, I just salivated. And now this moment has come – I finally tried this culinary recipe on myself! Oh, what an amazing, unique and simply unforgettable taste this delicacy has.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

Put the frying pan (the one you plan to put in the oven – it should be with high sides, a suitable diameter is 26 cm.) on a slow fire, pour 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar into it. When the sugar melts, spread it all over the pan and let it completely solidify.
Now we are preparing caramel cream. Combine all the ingredients and beat with a mixer or blender, and actually anything, just to beat it well. The result should be a liquid similar to milk. Pour it on the iced sugar, while it will crackle.
Next we take the cupcake. Combine all the ingredients for the cupcake and beat again. It turns out the consistency is like thick sour cream. Then pour this dough right into the middle of the caramel cream. The secret of this pie is that the chocolate dough will rise in the oven and occupy the "upper floor", i.e., it will be located on top of the cream.
Another secret of Kodryt-Kadyr is in its unusual baking. First you need to boil water. Take a frying pan with a larger diameter than the one in which the dough is located. Put a frying pan with a cupcake in it, and pour boiling water into the interval. Thus, we get a steam bath in the oven.
Check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick. Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool completely. Now turn the Codryt-Kadyr onto the dish. You can decorate with anything – cream, nuts, fresh fruit, etc.
