Rustic bread

Ruddy bread with incredibly delicious crumb and crispy crust. Shop-bought bread inspires us less and less confidence now. There are rippers, flavor enhancers, and other chemicals. I've been baking bread at home in the oven for several years. Bread mixed with your own hands from simple products and without unnecessary additives, is this not the real food. Once upon a time, my grandmother taught me how to bake so-called rustic bread, this simple culinary recipe is probably one of the simplest known to mankind.

A large bowl is taken. In warm water, dissolve yeast, vinegar, sugar and salt, add a spoonful of sunflower oil. Slowly pour the flour and mix until the dough becomes steep. We knead it with our hands for 10 minutes so that it becomes homogeneous in mass.
Then we put it in any pre-greased with sunflower oil form. For example, I get two loaves in two ducklings, you can use any shapes, for example, baking trays, pans, etc. The dough should fill them by 1/3. Let the dough rise, for which we leave it in the molds for an hour, after which we place it in a preheated oven to 200C for 30-40 minutes.
Bake rustic bread at home and you will be very pleased with the result.
