Carefully add flour, grated zest, chopped almonds, and baking powder. Pour 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, add salt to the eye and mix thoroughly.
Separately beat the egg whites to a thick foam. Gradually, one spoonful at a time, put the proteins into the dough, knead the dough thoroughly and put it in a baking dish.
Bake the pie on a medium level in the oven for about 45 minutes.
