I say right away, the recipe is designed for a shape with a diameter of 24 centimeters.
Our unfortunate grapes are washed, dried and separated from the twigs, cut and take out the bones (they are large, it is not difficult to take them out ;)). Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, starch, mix. Next, beat the eggs with sugar. Leave the sugar until dissolved. meanwhile, mix flour, baking powder (if you use soda, be sure to extinguish 6% vinegar, otherwise you will get a stiff dough). Add flour to the mixture of eggs and sugar. Then pour a little vegetable oil. Stir thoroughly and give half of the dough into a greased form and throw our filling - half of the grapes. Add cocoa powder to the remaining dough and stir until a uniform color is obtained. Pour this dough over the grapes and spread the remaining berries on top. Bake at 180 degrees. Do not forget to check the readiness with a long skewer!
Enjoy a pie with grapes with tea or compote :)
